Brothers of the Legendary Fifth District.

Greetings and Salutations. On behalf of the host chapters of Epsilon Phi and Chi Psi (Lemoyne -Owen College) I am ecstatic to welcome you to the 77th Fifth District Annual meeting here in Memphis, Tennessee. The District Marshal and His Quette have thoroughly and meticulously planned a wonderful experience for the Brothers of the Legendary Fifth District. The city of Memphis is ready to welcome the men of Omega with open arms, friendliness, and hospitality. Along with a thought-out meeting agenda the city offers a variety of entertainment. The Civil Rights Museum, Staxx Records Museum, The famous Beale Street, and a host of great restaurants are only a sample of the activities available during your time in the city of Memphis.

We will not only conduct the business of the Fifth District, but we will fellowship and form new and rekindle old relationships while in Memphis, TN. I look forward to seeing you in the Blues City on March 27-30, 2025, where we will have a Legendary time doing the business of Omega and the LEGENDARY FIFTH DISTRICT.

Dear Brothers,

I am honored to welcome you to the 77th 5th District Meeting in the vibrant and historic city of Memphis, Tennessee. As we gather from March 27th through March 30th, 2025, this meeting will be a powerful opportunity to strengthen our bonds of brotherhood, reflect on our progress, and set ambitious goals for the future of our fraternity and the communities we serve.

This year's meeting theme, "Vision to Victory", is a call for reflection, resilience, and unity and reminds us of the principles that have guided us since our founding. In Memphis, a city with a profound legacy of civil rights, music, and culture, we are inspired to deepen our commitment to service and leadership. Let us seize this opportunity to honor the fraternity's rich history while actively shaping its future, building on the achievements of the many brothers who came before us. Your assistance in making this change would be greatly appreciated.

Throughout the meeting, you can look forward to a dynamic agenda of workshops, discussions, and fellowship. Whether it's exploring initiatives to uplift our communities, engaging in educational and social justice efforts, or fostering the leadership potential within each of us, this meeting promises to be both a celebration of our shared values and a platform for growth.
